COVID-19 Notice


Welcome back!  We missed you!


As we reopen our doors to our community we are implementing a few new experience guidelines for your safety.


Starting Tuesday 5/19 until further notice customer service phone hours will be:

Tues- Weds: 12p to 7p
Thursday: 12p-8p
Friday: 11a-7p
Saturday 9a - 4p

Any trip to the store will require an appointment.

For safety reasons we are limiting the amount of guests.  If you come to the store without an appointment, we will work with you to schedule a time to come back to the store that works best for everyone.


Per CDC and local guidelines for business, we will be limiting the number of people in our store at all times and will be taking steps to ensure safety of all employees and all guests.  A strict sanitation schedule has been implemented, including sanitation of high-touch surfaces and dressing rooms in between appointments.


Guidelines for All Appointments:

  • For your protection and ours, Please take care to practice social distancing at all times while in our boutique.
  • Face masks will be required for all guests in our boutique.  Special accommodations will be made for the bride only at the direction of your Stylist.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the store.
  • Please leave any food or beverages in your car or at home.
  • Children under age of 12 won't be able to attend your appointment.
  • Stay home if you have a fever, cough, are symptomatic, or have been around anyone with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days.

Curbside Pick Up

Curbside pick up will continue and will be by appointment only.  Please call during normal business hours to schedule a curbside pick up appointment.  Shipping options are available upon request. Any trip to the store requires an appointment. 


For your Bridal Experience

  • Bring two people with you to help celebrate your "Yes!" moment.  One of your guests will help you change.  Sorry, no exceptions.  Tablets for free Zoom calls will be readily available for all brides.
  • Please make sure you come ready to shop with a clear vision of your prefect dress.
  • Please wear tight fitting clothing for professional measuring.  All measurements will be done in open space.
  • We also are offering Virtual Appointments as part of our Amelishan At Home Program


For Trying on Your Purchased Bridal Gown


  • Please bring one other guest with you to help you in the fitting room. 

For Bridesmaids Shopping Appointments and Professional Measuring

  • We are only able accommodate the bride and one other guest for shopping or measuring.
  • Please wear tight fitting clothing for professional measuring.   All measurements will be done in open space.


For Mother of the bride or Groom

  • We ask that you bring one guest with you to your appointment.
  • Please wear tight fitting clothing for professional measuring. 


For Tuxes and Suit Appointments 

  • Menswear styling appointments can accommodate 2 people per appointment.
  • Measuring will be by appointment only and no exceptions will be made.  Virtual measuring appointments are encouraged. 
  • Children will be able to be measured, but must be accompanied by one adult and strictly by appointment only.
  • Any trip to the store requires an appointment.   If you are waiting outside for an appointment, please call our customer service line at 262-628-1217 to schedule a time to come back.
