As the Store Manager, your main focus will be on taking our newly renovated store to new heights by successfully leading the team towards developed goals. You will be the THE person running daily store operations, representing our brand and empowering each team member daily.

- The ability to motivate your team members to reach new heights
- The ability to plan and make your plans happen as intended
- Comfortable giving direction/delegating tasks and holding team members to task
- Well organized, professional, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to trouble shoot, exercise proper judgement and good decision making skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Excellent people/social skills, an ability to read situations and act accordingly.
- Reliable, dependable, and on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Manager or Boutique Manager of another field. Bridal experience a plus!
- Experience leading a team
- Recruitment, hiring and training experience
- Proficiency comfort with technology
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds (mannequins, boxes).
Compensation:
We offer an annual competitive salary plus competitive commission and bonus structure. A successful Store Manager can expect to earn up to $60,000 + anually.
