Marketing Assistant

Amelishan Bridal, area’s leading bridal shop is looking for a Marketing Assistant.  The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution for marketing and sales on an internal and external level, across all mediums, including face to face marketing.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining website
  • Assist with occasional trade shows with planning, and set up.  Serving as a representative at the tradeshows will be required.
  • Assist in trafficking ads for web, social media, TV and radio
  • Customer List management
  • Social media management

Qualifications:

  • Above average interpersonal skills
  • Ability to easily hold conversation with co-workers and potential customers
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Prior marketing experience preferred.

Hours and compensation:

This is a 6 month contract with potential to renew opportunity.  Pay is $12.00/hr.

Hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday and some weekends, totaling 20-30 hours per week depending on the week and event schedules.  Some flexibility with the schedule may be available, however, trade shows and events will be required.
