Full/Part Time Consultant


Job Duties: 

  • Work one on one with our brides to provide the best possible experience while planning their fashion look for their wedding day
  • Follow up and guide the bride through our sales processes every step of the way, assuring top- notch experience 
  • Assist in placing orders on Brides’ behalf for bridal gowns, Bridesmaids, Social Occasion, and more
  • Assist in properly sizing brides, bridesmaids and other wedding attendants
  • Regularly provide feedback to ownership/management on changing tastes of Brides and participate in merchandise buying decisions
  • Work with other Consultants to ensure store is merchandised to provide best possible experience for the bride and her attendants
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Manager to identify new areas of personal growth to serve as a better Bridal Consultant and Team Mate.
  • Support other Bridal Consultants in providing top notch experiences for our Brides
  • Be willing to participate in regular, company paid, staff outings. J


Job Requirements: 

  • Experience working retail preferred, though willing to train the right individual
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Have a genuine desire to help others
  • Like to smile
  • Basic computer skills-- able to type proficiently and execute basic functions
  • Must be able to work well with team mates.
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn
  • Must be coachable and willing to receive feedback on performance


Pay and Compensation:

Full Time Bridal consultants are paid a healthy hourly base plus generous bonuses.  


Consultants also enjoy company provided lunch on Saturdays, PAID lunches every day, and GENEROUS paid time off.
